Gadplast ApS, related person to Chief Executive Officer Frank Gad (Frank Gad is the Managing Director in Gadplast ApS, and Gadplast ApS is a subsidiary of Frank Gad ApS) has today acquired 209,298 number of shares in SP Group A/S, ID code DK0010244771, at a price of DKK 92 equal to DKKm 19,255,416.

After this Gadplast ApS owns 10.34 % of the share capital in SP Group A/S.

Frank Gad ApS, related person to Chief Executive Officer Frank Gad (Frank Gad is the Managing Director in Frank Gad ApS and owns Frank Gad ApS) has today sold 54,298 number of shares in SP Group A/S, ID code DK0010244771, at a price of 92 equal to DKKm 4,995,416.

After this Frank Gad and related persons, among these Gadplast ApS, owns 285,504 number of shares in SP Group A/S equal to 14.11 % of the share capital in SP Group A/S.
