Connected persons to board member Erik Christensen has on the 20 August 2009 on the NASDAQ OMX Copenhagen acquired 2,000 number of shares, ID code DK0010244771 at a price of DKK 26.20 equal to DKK 52,400.- and 2,000 number of shares, ID code DK0010244771 at a price of DKK 27.00 equal to DKK 54,000.-

Chief Finance Officer Jørgen Hønnerup Nielsen has on 20 August 2009 on the NASDAQ OMX Copenhagen acquired 1,500 number of shares in SP Group, ID code DK0010244771 at a price of DKK 27.90 equal to DKK 41,850.-.
