Announcement of the management´s or connected person´s trading with SP Group A/S shares
Pursuant to the Securities Trading Act Clause 28a SP Group A/S shall announce the Management’s or connected person’s trading with SP Group A/S shares.
Connected person to board member Erik Christensen has on the 30 March 2007 on the Copenhagen Stock Exchange acquired 2,000 number of shares in SP Group A/S, ID code DK0010244771, at a price of 163 equal to DKK 326,000.
- and Board Member Erik Christensen has on the 30 March 2007 on the Copenhagen Stock Exchange acquired 500 number of shares in SP Group A/S, ID code DK0010244771, at a price of 163 equal to DKK 81,500.-.
After the Annual General Meeting the Board appointed Niels Kr. Agner Chairman and Erik P. Holm Deputy Chairman.
