SP Group A/S - Changes in the Management
The Board in SP Group has today decided to appoint Financial Director, Jørgen Nielsen, member of the Executive Group as of 1 March 2007.
Jørgen Nielsen, 50 years old, BCom, has been working in SP Group since 1987.
The members of the Executive Board in SP Group are as of 1 March 2007 Frank Gad, Chief Executive Officer, and Jørgen Nielsen, Chief Financial Officer.
For personal reasons Director Anders S. Andersen has unfortunately chosen to resign from his duties in SP Group to give priority to other assignments outside SP Group and he leaves on the 28 February 2007. Until the end of July 2007 Anders S. Andersen will still be connected with SP Group. In 1986 Gibo Plast was established by Anders S. Andersen.
In 1999 Gibo Plast was taken over by SP Group. In the subsidiary, Gibo Plast, producing vacuum formed plastic components for the industry, sales director Søren Jensen, 42 years old, MSc., is appointed managing director as of 1 March 2007.
In the subsidiary, Tinby, manufacturing components in polyurethane for the industry, managing director Johannes Matthiesen will unfortunately resign from his duty due to illness. Johannes Matthiesen will still be connected with Tinby as far as possible considering his illness.
Sales director, Steen Ole Therkelsen, 60 years old, Engineer, is appointed managing director as of 1 March 2007. Steen Ole Therkelsen has a long experience in the polyurethane industry and its customers and has been engaged at Tinby since 1977.
